Supported email clients list

Below is a list of mail clients and mobile devices you can setup your email with.
Click the name of your mail client or mobile device to see instructions for setting
it up to work with your RealPageMaker hosted email.

If your client or device isn't listed here, we don't yet have instructions for its
configuration, but we suggest that you try out the general instructions for other mail clients.

Basic Email Settings

Email Type: POP or POP3 (do not select IMAP or exchange server)

Incoming Mail Server
  • Incoming mail server (POP3) - Enter mail.yourdomain.com ex. mail.johndoe.com
  • E-mail Address - Enter your e-mail address ex. john@johndoe.com
  • User Name - Enter your e-mail address, again ex. john@johndoe.com
  • Password - Enter the password you set up for your e-mail account (forgot your password?)
  • Port - 110
  • SSL - no


Outgoing Mail Server
  • Outgoing mail server (SMTP) - Enter mail.yourdomain.com ex. mail.johndoe.com
  • Authentication - Required. Please use the same settings as for the incoming mail server.
    • User Name - Enter your e-mail address, again ex. john@johndoe.com
    • Password - Enter the password you set up for your e-mail account (forgot your password?)
  • Port - 2525
  • SSL - no



Checking Webmail

There is also built-in webmail, which is very basic however it works great for when you are on the go (travelling).

Method 1: Checking through your Back Office (direct)

  1. Make sure you've logged into your back office
  2. Hover the mouse over the Email Manager tab, and a list of all the email accounts available will drop down. Clicking on any of these addresses will open a WebMail window for the selected email.

  1. Make sure you've logged into your back office
  2. Click email manager

Method 3: Checking directly

  1. Go to http://webmail.realpagemaker.com or http://roundcube.realpagemaker.com
  2. In the 'Username' field enter the full email address of the account you wish to check.
  3. Enter your password in the password field. If you don't know what your password is, please follow the Viewing or Changing an Email Password instructions.
  4. Click "Login"
