A good, concise discussion of bus benches. I wouldn't get one unless it was a great location. In 1991, when I just started real estate, I got a bus bench for $25/mo at a great location (traffic crawled by going home at rush hour) and got a sale in the first few months that paid for it for years (I subsequently left that firm and lost the bench). Nowadays they are much more money and everyone has one so they are less effective.
If you get one, follow the advice under "Send the Right Message" and keep it short and simple. Bus benches are "awareness marketing".
Hi Sam, Hi Andy
